We look forward to supplying your store with the handbags that you will be proud to showcase and your customers will be thrilled to carry. In order to maintain our quality product please read the following policies of Rosanna Hope Designs. Product Availability
Rosanna Hope Designs are one of a kind.
Consequently, at times there may be a bag on line that is not
available or has been sold previously. We regret at that time, we will
then be unable to deliver that exact handbag in order to fill the
order. Every attempt to design a similar bag will be made if supplies
are available to fulfill your online orders. Many thanks for your
patience.
Return Policy
Rosanna Hope wants all customers to be
100% satisfied with her unique handbags.
All Returns must be made within 10 days
from date of delivery in order to receive a refund. Rosanna Hope
must be contacted by phone before any returns can
be made in order to discuss the reason for return as all sales are
final. These bags are one of a kind, consequently when they are
removed from inventory, other customers are deprived of the sale of
that bag. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on ALL
Merchandise returned. All shipping fees, insurance cost and
handling charges are non refundable. There are
NO Refunds on discounted
or sale items. Any bags damaged or worn are not returnable.
Payment
CREDIT CARDS:
We are happy to accept MasterCard and Visa. If requested, we will
provide you with an authorization number once charged.
CHECKS: We gladly accept corporate checks. Rosanna Hope Designs will notify you if your check is returned by the bank for non-payment. You must pay, in cash, certified funds, or credit card the original fees plus a $25 dishonored check fee.
Shipping and Handling
Insurance cost, handling and shipping
fees will be charged on all packages. Signatures are required on
all deliveries. Bags are one of a kind and all SALES ARE FINAL
unless our studio is contacted as above. All charges to your credit
card will be charged the day of shipping and not before.
